Integrity Lending Group, LLC (ILG) is a private commercial lending consultation firm in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. We specialize in funding tough commercial loans throughout the United States. Incepted on Nov 2004, ILG has been serving borrowers across the United States for over 15 years. ILG manages every step of the funding process and works to ensure a surprise and stress free process for our clients. ILG is active in all arenas of Commercial Banking and offers a diverse line of commercial loan products and services.

Our Goal & History

ILG underwrites all SBA and Conventional loans in-house. We identify and address all weaknesses and ensure the loan is properly structured. All investment property types are considered.

Integrity Lending Group, LLC was founded by Adel Zahedi in the state of Georgia. After obtaining his BA from the University of Tennessee (Knoxville), and MBA in Finance from Kennesaw State University, Adel Zahedi began his banking career at the Bank of North Georgia by underwriting commercial loans. Adel underwrites all SBA and conventional loans for ILG. He enjoys reading, jogging, traveling and resides with his wife in Dunwoody Georgia.
